Buckhorn: Rays stadium stalemate "has gone on long enough"

Tampa mayor Bob Buckhorn said Friday said he believes the Rays stadium “stalemate has gone on long enough,” admitting the waiting game has been tough because he’s “not a patient guy.”

Another Rays minor-leaguer was suspended for drug-related reasons, RHP Angel Yepez getting a 50-game ban after testing positive for "metabolites of Nandrolone, a performance-enhancing substance,'' according to an MLB release. Yepez, 18, is in his first pro season and pitching in the Venezuelan Summer League.
