A friend of Stormy Daniels says he listened to a phone call in which Donald Trump allegedly offered the porn actress a condo in Tampa.

"The only thing I ever heard him do is just babble like he always does," photographer Keith Munyan told the Washington Post. "The conversation I remember the most is about the condominium. . . . I heard her say, 'I don't want that. That's not what I want.' "

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, described the proposal in a 2011 interview that only recently surfaced.

"I was talking about how I was going to be moving to Tampa at the time and he told me he was going to give me a condo there because they were building a Trump Tower there, which I don't think they ever finished, unless they finished it in the last two years since I've moved back from Tampa," she told InTouch. "I was like, 'You are not going to give me a condo.' "

She's right, Trump Tower Tampa was never built.

Munyan confirmed several details in the InTouch article.

"She checked her phone and goes, 'Look who's calling,' " he told the Post. "She thought it was so fun. She wanted to be on 'The Apprentice.' Wouldn't you?"

Also, Tampa shock jock Bubba The Love Sponge Clem on Friday recalled a 2007 interview with Daniels in which she described an affair with an unnamed married man. CNN has the rundown, which includes Daniels writing down the name.

"No way," someone in the studio remarked.

In February, Daniels visited a Tampa strip club, part of her capitalization
on the controversy, which has only grown.
