New Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi is the latest celebrity snowbird to head south for his winters, reportedly paying $10 million for a house in Palm Beach.

The Palm Beach Daily News said that Bon Jovi used a limited liability corporation to purchase 230 N. Ocean Blvd. for the hefty sum. There was no confirmation from brokers or publicists, but the Palm Beach County Clerk's office recorded the deal last Thursday, the paper said.

The Garden State native has frequented the area for years, and is widely reported to have a home in Boca Raton. This one in Palm Beach is close to some pals, the Daily News said.

Bon Jovi, who is married to Dorothea Hurley, also has friends who are seasonal residents of Palm Beach, according to media reports, including radio shock jock Howard Stern and New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who is also a friend of President Donald Trump. Stern lives about a mile from the property, and Kraft’s residence is even closer.

The house was built in 1985 and has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, according to Zillow. It also has a pool and a two-car garage. The Daily News said it was originally listed for $14 million

It's about 3 1/2 miles down the road from Mar-a-Lago, in case you were wondering.
