NORTH LUTZ — First Watch, the popular breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, opened a new location in Lutz earlier this week. Located in the Shoppes at Terra Bella, the newly constructed 3,500 square foot restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

The Lutz restaurant will be a “test market” location, joining others in the Tampa Bay area. Here, the First Watch culinary team introduces new dishes, oftentimes up to a year before they are debuted nationwide. New service procedures and technology are also tested.

First Watch’s menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and innovative offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients.

Items include avocado toast, smoked salmon eggs benedict, farm stand breakfast tacos and lemon ricotta pancankes. Healthy, flavorful menu items include house-made granola, pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables and cage-free eggs.

There are also traditional favorites such as omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, salads and soups.First Watch will also serve the restaurant’s new Project Sunrise coffee, grown by an independent group of female farmers in Huila, Colombia, called Mujeres en Café.

First Watch is located at 23685 State Road 54. For more information, visit firstwatch.com.
