After three straight trips to the state tournament, Academy of the Holy Names decided to part ways with coach Jonathan Collazo and move its tennis program in a new direction.

Sean Craft, who most recently served as a women's assistant coach at Hillsborough Community College, will take over the AHN program, athletic director Kevin Vargas wrote in an email Monday. Earlier in his career, Craft spent two seasons as the head coach of Russell Sage College's women’s team and was certified as a United States Tennis Association teaching professional in 2010.

"The Academy looks forward to continuing our tradition of success on and off of our tennis courts, and looks to do so with rising sophomores Caroline Lozo and Daniela Nasser leading the way," Vargas wrote.

When reached via phone, Collazo said he was disappointed by the school's decision.
