Alex Dixon, Countryside's fine 6-foot-1, 180-pound defensive back, joined teammate Tyler Moore in Lincoln this weekend for Saturday's spring game, and like his more bally-hooed teammate returned home as one of the Cornhuskers targeted players.

Dixon picked up an offer from Clemson on Friday, and then shortly after the Cornhuskers wrapped up their spring before 77,936 fans at Memorial Stadium, was offered by Nebraska as well. Moore, one of the country's top lineman recruits, has already commited to the school.

Dixon said the Lincoln trip was the furthest he's ever been away from Florida, but said he had an outstanding time. Dixon now has seven offers, with Clemson and Nebraska added to a pool that already included North Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky, Florida State and USF.

Dixon said he has no leader yet.
