Highly recruited Jefferson wide receiver Andre Davis can add another ACC school to his list of suitors.
Davis, one of the top rising senior recruits in the state, received an offer from North Carolina on Wednesday, Jefferson coach Mike Fenton said.
The 6-foot-3 Davis, who has spent this spring as the Jefferson baseball team's starting centerfielder and played a key role in the Dragons' Class 4A-9 district title win over Jesuit last week, already owns football scholarships from Miami, Florida State, USF, Purdue, Texas Tech, Rutgers, West Virginia and Kansas.
Davis led Hillsborough County with 72 receptions for 1,296 yards and 19 receiving touchdowns last season, helping the Dragons to the Class 3A state semifinals.
