Camps and combines can make or break recruits, and a few area athletes picked up some national attention by starring at summer camps.

Berkeley Prep athlete Nelson Agholor made's all-camp first-team offense after a great performance in Orlando and at ESPN's The Opening. Agholor, a 6-foot-2 180-pound senior is a five-star recruit and the area's top college prospect.

Land O'Lakes tight end Kent Taylor made Rivals' second-team on offense after strong showings at camps. The four-star recruit is weighing offers from Florida, Penn State, Alabama and Georgia.

Indian Rocks Christian tight end Sean Culkin was an honorable-mention pick. His list of offers include Iowa State and Florida International after recording nine touchdown catches and 547 yards last fall.

Agholor was also represented on Rivals' list of the fastest prospects during summer camps. Plant City running back Dazmond Patterson was also one of Rivals' quickest recruits. Patterson rushed for 13 touchdowns and almost 1,300 yards last fall.
