Armwood senior defensive lineman Alton Bailey will not play in tonight's game against Plant, Hawks coach Sean Callahan said.

Bailey, one of the top defensive linemen in the county, was benched by Callahan for a violation of team rules.

Callahan said sopohore Eric Striker will start in his place.

Callahan said Bailey will not play for at least one week, but the discipline might extend to the Hawks' next game.
