Alvin Bailey, Armwood (6-foot-1, 170 pounds)

The latest: Penn State offered Bailey on Monday morning, Hawks coach Sean Callahan confirmed. A quarterback out of necessity last season, he's projected as a receiver at the next level.

Last season: The Times' offensive player of the year for its entire coverage area, Bailey amassed more than 2,200 total yards and 21 touchdowns last season. In two playoff games, he scored the winning fourth-quarter TDs to preserve Armwood's Class 6A state title run.

They say: Rivals lists Bailey as the No. 138 prospect in the country.
