Armwood is not the only state finalist from 2011 being punished by the Florida High School Athletic Association.
The Miami Herald reported Thursday that Miami Central, which lost to the Hawks in the Class 6A final last season, will have to forfeit all games from last season, including 13 wins.
An FHSAA investigation found that quarterback Austin Stock lived with a Central booster club member when he first transferred to the school, which is a recruiting violation.
The probe also found Stock’s claim of “homeless student” status invalid, and said the QB received transportation to and from Central by a school employee, another violation.
