Armwood junior quarterback Josh Grady has been invited to this year's U.S. Army All-American combine next month in San Antonio.

Grady, who is in his first season at Armwood after starting two seasons at Freedom, is the latest junior to be inivited to the event, a list that includes Jefferson WR Andre Davis and Alonso DE Anthony Chickillo.

The event essentially serves as a tryout for the next year's U.S. Army All-America Game, one of the top showcase games for high school seniors.

Grady has thrown for 1,661 yards and 17 touchdowns this season. The Hawks face Palm Beach Gardens Dwyer Friday night in the Class 4A state semifinals.
