Meagan Thomas, the Times' all-Suncoast player of the year from Dixie Hollins, has signed a letter of intent to play at Florida State College in Jacksonville.

Thomas is the school’s all-time leading scorer with 2,385 points and helped lead the Rebels to their first district championship and region tournament appearance.

Thomas, a four year starter at Dixie Hollins, scored 657 points as a senior. She hit 88 3-pointers.

Florida State College is a two-year school that won the Mid-Florida Conference championship this past season.
