Berkeley Prep sophomore outside hitter Jordan Burgess has been voted the Florida Daily Farmers Class 3A Player of the Year and Buccaneers coach Randy Dagostino was voted Class 3A Coach of the Year.

Burgess and Dagostino will be finalists for the Florida Dairy Farmers Florida Miss Volleyball and state coach of the year awards, respectively. The awards are voted on by a select panel of media and coaches.

Burgess helped lead Berkeley (29-3) to the Class 3A state title this season. She led the Bucs with 3.6 kills and 3.8 digs a game.

Dagostino won his 13th state title last month with a three-set win over Holy Trinity.
