Bishop-Seven Rivers game called off

Bishop McLaughlin's football game on Friday against Seven Rivers Christian has been canceled, Hurricanes coach Derrick Alexander said Wednesday.

"What I have been told is that there was no contract in place," Alexander wrote in a text message.

The Hurricanes (0-2) will be off this week and face Lakeland Christian next Friday.
