Bishop's Jessica Johnson takes D-I official visits

Recruiting interest is picking up for Bishop McLaughlin senior Jessica Johnson.

The volleyball star recently took an official visit to Maryland Eastern Shore and will take an official visit to Norfolk State this weekend, Hurricanes coach Douglas Chinchar said.

Johnson, an outside hitter, was an all-North Suncoast pick last year. She leads Bishop with 1.5 aces per game and 4.9 kills per game.
