Bloomingdale center George Brammeier has orally committed to Lipscomb, Bulls coach Joe Willis said Monday.

Brammeier drew attention from more than two dozen schools this fall but decided on the Bison after taking a visit over the weekend.

“If everything fits your needs, you don’t need to see any more,” Willis said.

Brammeier, a 6-foot-10 senior, averaged 10.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game last fall for the 9-17 Bulls. He also plays on the Florida Select travel team in the offseason.

Lipscomb is an NCAA Division I college in Nashville and is a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference.

Oral commitments are non-binding. Brammeier plans to sign his letter of intent during the early signing period in November.
