Jesuit senior QB Bobby Eveld has been one of the area’s most productive signal callers this fall and colleges are taking notice.
The 6-foot-6, 200-pound Eveld, who has passed for 1,288 yards and 13 TDs, made unofficial visits to USF and Florida International last week. And he previously visited Florida Atlantic. Those schools, along with several others both in state and out of state, are showing interest.
No scholarship offers have come yet, but it seems like that may be just a matter of time.
“He’s trying to feel his way through the process,” said Mark Eveld, Bobby’s father. “The coach that does get him is going to be lucky. He has a heck of a work ethic.”
Rivals.com rates Eveld as a three-star prospect.
