Five Pinellas County teams will join two from Hillsborough County at this year's Clearwater Thanksgiving Challenge boys soccer tournament, which starts today and continues through Wednesday at the Eddie C. Moore soccer fields in Clearwater.

The tournament consists of two flights -- Flight A: Countryside, Clearwater, Palm Harbor University and Sickles; Flight B: Bloomingdale, East Lake and Seminole -- playing a round robin schedule. The winner of Flight A will play the Flight B winner for the tournament championship.

Here's a look at the tournament schedule, which features a number of note-worthy matchups:

Monday: Countryside vs. Clearwater, East Lake vs. Seminole, 6 p.m.; PHU vs. Sickles, 8 p.m.

Tuesday: Clearwater vs. PHU, 6 p.m.; Sickles vs. Countryside, Bloomingdale vs. East Lake, 8 p.m.

Wednesday: Countryside vs. PHU, 11 a.m.; Clearwater vs. Sickles, Seminole vs. Bloomingdale, 1 p.m.

Championship: Flight A vs. Flight B winner, 7 p.m.

UPDATE: Boca Ciega has dropped out of the tournament. All games involving the Pirates have been removed from the schedule, and Flight B will play with just three teams
