Cambridge senior baseball player Logan McDougall has committed to Union University, an NAIA school in Jackson, Tenn., Lancers coach Rick Shears said Thursday.

Shears said McDougall orally committed to Union this week and will sign with the school on Tuesday.

McDougall will pitch and play outfield at Union, which is ranked 12th in the nation in the NAIA baseball rankings.

McDougall is the fourth Cambridge baseball player to commit to play college baseball, joining Matt Fishman (Quincy), Derek Self (Webber) and Peter Miller (Florida State).
