Jeremy Dolan, a 6-foot-2, 230-pound Canterbury football standout, visited Furman this weekend (the Paladins played Samford). Dolan, who plays FB, DT and LB, also plans to visit Elon, Lenoir-Rhyne and Wofford.
Dolan projects as a FB, DE or TE in college.
According to Canterbury coach Steve Dudley, college coaches like Dolan’s combination of size and speed (he runs the 40-yard dash in the 4.7-to-4.8 second range).
“I think Jeremy could be a huge asset for any of these schools,” Dudley said in an email. “These college coaches are very impressed with his toughness, strength and most of all his attitude of wanting to improve himself as a player.”
