Cincinnati is the early front-runner for King rising senior QB Greg Windham, who said Tuesday he'll make a college decision sooner rather than later.

The Bearcats have made a verbal scholarship offer to Windham (6-foot-1 1/2, 208 pounds), who is likely to collect several more following a prolific junior season (1,469 passing yards, 277 rushing yards, 17 passing TDs, seven INTs).

"Right now, they're No. 1 on my board," Windham said.

Windham said he likely will make a college decision at the end of spring practice. His favorites at this point (in order): Cincinnati, FSU, UCF, Florida and USF. Cincy, however, is the only program to make a scholarship offer.
