Clearwater Chargers club team has 20 players signing

Football players aren’t the only ones signing letters of intent on Wednesday. Players from other fall and winter sports will also pick colleges. The Clearwater Chargers Soccer Club has a large group of players who will sign Wednesday night in a ceremony at the Safety Harbor Spa and Resort.

A total of 20 players from the club’s boys and girls academy and elite teams will sign. Here is a list of Pinellas County athletes:

Jesse Caron (Palm Harbor University): Boston College; Jeffrey George (Countryside): East Tennessee St.; David Gray (East Lake): Liberty; David Kuckkhan (Countryside): Rollins College; Hunter Loyden (St. Petersburg): Georgia Southern; Cameron Thomas (Countryside): South Florida; Kristy Legoas (East Lake): Florida Southern; Morgan Lorenti (Palm Harbor University): University of Tampa; Karina White (East Lake): Palm Beach Atlantic.

Thomas is already training in Germany and not currently attending Countryside.
