Clearwater's Cecil signs with West Florida

Clearwater girls basketball player Victoria Cecil signed with West Florida, Tornadoes coach Tom Shaneyfelt said.

Cecil, who averaged a team-high 12.9 points per game, as well as 3.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, led Clearwater to the Class 5A region finals this past season. She also played in the Pinellas-Hillsborough all-star game and the Florida Athletic Coaches Association all-star game.
