East Lake OL Collin Cole is making an official visit this weekend to Division I-AA Presbyterian, Eagles coach Bob Hudson said.

He holds an offer from the school.

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound Cole started just one season for East Lake but made the most of his time, anchoring a line that was one of the county’s best. With Cole’s help, RB Jamaal Wilburn rushed for more than 1,000 yards.

Presbyterian is hitting the Tampa Bay area hard.

Last fall, it got a commitment from Dunedin QB Ryan Singer.

Cole has no other offers, but Jacksonville State, a solid I-AA program that nearly knocked off Florida State in 2009, also is interested, Hudson said.

“He’s going to have some other stuff,” Hudson said. “He’s very athletic for his size. He has good feet and can move around a little. He’s a pretty solid player.”
