Lakewood RB Bernard Reedy Jr. will make his first official visit this weekend when he travels to Toledo. He will leave Saturday morning.

Reedy is one of the area’s most dynamic offensive players.

Thus far, he has rushed for 568 yards (on 10 yards per carry) and 10 touchdowns. He also has seven receptions for 127 yards and a score.

Toledo plays host to Temple this weekend.

The Rockets, who compete in the Mid-American Conference, are 4-3. One of their wins came against Colorado.

Reedy also is being recruited by Buffalo, Colorado Sate, Iowa, Iowa State, Syracuse and Troy. He plans to visit Syracuse soon.

In Lakewood’s Oct. 2 win over Countryside, Reedy rushed for 106 yards, had 69 receiving yards and returned a kickoff 96 yards for a score.
