Countryside offensive tackle Jeff Albert has signed with Minot (N.D.) State University, a Division II school.

This past season, Albert took over the left tackle spot from former Cougar standout Tyler Moore, who started as a freshman for Nebraska.

Albert did well, paving the way for Diomi Roberts to rush for more than 1,000 yards and helping Countryside go undefeated in the regular season for the second straight year.

Albert looked at several schools, including Florida Atlantic. He waited until after signing day in February to see if more offers would come his way.
