Tampa Catholic soccer standout Andrew Buckley, Hillsborough County's top scorer last season, has committed to the University of Tampa, Crusaders coach Kevin McCarron confirmed in an e-mail.

Buckley tallied 29 goals and six assists as a junior, leading TC to an 11-8-4 mark and the Class 3A playoffs. He was a first-team pick on the Times' all-Hillsborough County team. In two seasons, Buckley has totaled 47 goals.
