Rising junior defensive end Dante Fowler, who transferred from Lakewood to St. Petersburg Catholic in late February, is now back at Lakewood, coach Cory Moore confirmed.

Fowler also transferred to Lakewood last season from St. Petersburg Catholic, before returning to the Barons two months ago. He will be ineligible for the spring game, but will be able to practice with Lakewood.

He had 4.5 sacks for the Spartans last season, and was recently named the defensive line MVP at the NIKE Camp. He is expected to be one of the top recruits for the 2012 season.
