Davis' big day: 461 all-purpose yards

After breaking down the tape of Friday's 49-41 loss to Admiral Farragut, Carrollwood Day's coaching staff reported the following final numbers for three-way junior Robert Davis.

Rushing: 19 carries, 326 yards, four touchdowns
Receiving: one catch, 2 yards
Kickoffs: two returns, 133 yards, one TD
Defense: 12 tackles, one interception

The final tally, based on the coaches' statistics comes to 461 all-purpose yards. The Times, which had two full-time reporters at the game, isn't challenging those figures; we saw the performance for ourselves.

Did we mention Davis played the whole game with a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder?
