Two quick recruiting updates:

* Tampa Bay Tech ATH Deon Cain has been invited to play at the Under Armour All-America Game. The four-star recruit received an invitation to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl last month.

The 6-foot-1 senior is 247Sports’ No. 2 receiver in the country, and he holds offers from Florida State, Florida and Ohio State, among others.

Two local players have already committed to play in the Under Armour contest – East Lake ATH George Campbell and Armwood DE Byron Cowart. The game has been held at Tropicana Field each of the last five years.

* East Bay DE Marques Ford’s recruitment continues to bloom. The three-star prospect added offers from Syracuse and Nebraska on Tuesday. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Ford holds more than a dozen offers, including USF and Miami.
