Hillsborough senior football player Dixon Phillips made the most of a stop at the East Bay Football Recruiting Fair on Sunday. The 6-foot-4, 200-pound WR/DE left with an offer from Division II Quincy (Illinois). Additionally, he received strong interest from Averett, Concordia, Mount Union, St. Norbert College and Wisconsin Lutheran College. Phillips is still weighing all of his options at the moment.
