Hillsborough senior football player Dixon Phillips has committed to Quincy.

The program recently offered him at the East Bay Football Recruiting Fair. The 6-foot-4, 200-pound WR/DE also received strong interest from Averett, Concordia, Mount Union, St. Norbert College and Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Phillips will visit Quincy next week.

Quincy is a Division II program in Illinois.

At last check, the school had 13 players from the bay area on the roster.
