Dunedin defensive back Doug Forman signed with Arizona Western, Falcons coach Max Smith said.

Forman, who played mostly as a safety, was an all-conference and all-county selection and played in the senior all-star game. This past season he helped the Falcons go 4-6, a significant improvement after they won a combined three games in 2009 and '10.

Arizona Western finished last season No. 3 in the NJCAA poll, its highest ranking since 1972.
