Dunedin senior QB Ryan Singer was banged up pretty good in last week’s 35-20 loss to Gibbs, but isn’t expected to miss any practice time and will be ready for Friday’s game against Sarasota Riverview.
“He’s sore, but he’ll be fine,” Falcons coach Mark Everett said.
Singer, who holds a scholarship offer from Western Michigan, sustained a bruised hip against Gibbs while taking “a couple of hard hits,” according to Everett. He passed for 86 yards and three TDs in defeat.
The 6-foot-4, 180-pounder has thrown for 423 yards and four TDs this season.
Dunedin is 0-5.
