At St. Petersburg, Carrollwood Day senior Robert Davis continued his furious quest for Hillsborough County’s all-time rushing title, gaining 190 yards on only 10 carries in the Patriots’ 49-0 rout of Northside Christian.

Davis, who had 155 yards at halftime, entered the game roughly 1,600 yards shy of the record.

Tight end Dominiq Sicardo, projected as the quarterback earlier this year, had two first-half TD catches for CDS (3-0, 2-0 Class 2A, District 5).
