For those interested in becoming a high school head football coach, Central has posted its opening. The official advertisement is posted on the Florida High School Athletic Association job board.

The North Suncoast currently has five openings: Weeki Wachee (new school), Fivay (new school), Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills and Central.

Central fired Cliff Lohrey after four seasons. Here is the original post of his dismissal.

CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL (BROOKSVILLE) IS OPENING THE SEARCH FOR A HEAD FOOTBALL COACH. TEACHING POSITIONS ARE UNDETERMINED AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER CERTIFICATION IN AREAS OTHER THAN P.E.
