In its first season in district play, Bishop McLaughlin is still searching for its first district win. That didn’t change Friday night as the Hurricanes fell at home to Class 3A, District 4 powerhouse Fort Meade (6-1, 2-1), 63-0.

Bishop McLaughlin (1-6, 0-3) struggled from the outset. While senior quarterback R.J. Perciavalle was able to complete 12-of-22 for 111 yards, he did toss an interception for one of the two Hurricane turnovers. Noah Clanahan was a main offensive contributor as well, finishing with eight catches for 64 yards to go with four carries for 15 yards.
