Land O'Lakes senior Patrick Kronk has been invited to play in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association North-South All-Star game Dec. 22 in Sebring.

Gators coach Matt Kitchie said Kronk, a 6-foot-5, 315 pounds offensive lineman, is deserving of the honor.

"He's a dominating offensive lineman that did well for us this year," Kitchie said. "It's an honor for a kid to get to play in this. He's also nomiated as an academic All-American. He's just a great kid, great person to be around."

Kronk will join Hudson quarterback Zack Wynn, who earned an automatic berth after he was named the FACA District 8 MVP last month.
