The recruiting process for Tevin Drake (6-0, 205) has been sluggish in recent months.

The North Suncoast's second leading rusher of all time once had a Miami offer, but it was pulled when other running backs were ready to orally commit to the Hurricanes.

Since then, the Nature Coast star has been contacted by Oregon, Conneticut and Florida State. No offers have come from those schools. And after Drake declined to take an official visit to Minnesota, he seems more open to opportunities.

So Drake will take an official visit to Western Michigan next month, a trip he said he was excited to take. Drake rushed for 1,529 yards and 18 touchdowns this season.

In four season, Drake rushed for 4,991 yards and 69 touchdowns according to Nature Coast statistics.
