Jimmy Van Deilen scored on a 5-yard run with 30 seconds left to give the Mustangs their second win of the season.

Van Deilen, the quarterback, used his legs to move the chains, gaining more than 100 yards on the ground. He scored on a short run in the first half to Northside (2-5) a 7-0 lead.

Bell scored twice to go up 12-7. That set the Mustangs up for the final drive, which covered 60 yards and was capped by Van Deilen’s winning score.
