The host Hurricanes had to hold off the winless Warhawks through much of the first half before pulling away for a victory to remain undefeated.
Palm Harbor University (3-0) had two touchdown runs from Kenny Blanch and another from Billy Pavlock to cling to a 20-14 halftime lead.
Seminole (0-3) threatened to take the lead in the third quarter, but the Hurricanes made a goal-line stand. PHU followed that with a 90-yard drive capped by a Pavlock 6-yard bootleg run for a score.
Blanch scored his third touchdown on a 25-yard run to put the game away.
