Freedom lineman Dillon Browne has orally committed to Air Force, Browne announced Monday morning.

“Officially committed to the Air Force Academy to play football!” Browne said on Twitter. “Excited to become a falcon! Go falcons!”

The 6-4, 238-pound Browne was one of Hillsborough County’s top linemen last fall and could grow his frame to 275 pound. Browne was also recruited by Western Kentucky.

Oral commitments are non-binding until recruits sign letters of intent during their senior year.
