Gaither DE Mikhail Reece commits to Yale

Gaither DE Mikhail Reece, a senior captain on the team that surprised everyone by making it to the Class 7A regional finals against Lakeland, has committed to Yale, head coach Jason Stokes said.

Yale was the first team to offer the 6-foot-5, 245-pound senior, and the Bulldogs did so back in August. Reece recorded 83 total tackles, 6.9 per game, 5.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries and one caused fumble during his senior year. He was also named to the Times' second-team all-Hillsborough County team.
