Land O’Lakes senior tennis player Colin Roller has verbally committed to East Carolina, Gators athletic director Karen Coss said Monday.

Roller was a first-team all-North Suncoast selection by the Times during his junior season. He won singles and doubles district titles last spring to qualify for state for the third consecutive year. Roller was unbeaten in Pasco County during his first two years before falling to Wiregrass Ranch’s Courage Okungbowa last season.

Roller will play singles and doubles for the Pirates and plans to sign next month. East Carolina finished 13-11 last season in dual matches and was 1-1 in the Conference USA tournament.
