Gibbs will get a rematch of last year's state semifinal game when it hosts Lake Wales on Saturday. Tip off for the varsity game is 7:30 p.m.

The Gladiators advanced to the state tournament for the first time since 1991 last season and lost in the Class 5A semifinals to Lake Wales.

Lake Wales (18-3) currently is ranked fifth in the state regardless of classification by ESPN. The Highlanders have played well with wins against defending state champions Summit Christian and Leesburg earlier this month.

The Gladiators are 18-2 with both losses coming against non-county teams.
