Tampa Catholic senior forward Sarah Brennan scored her 1,000th career point Wednesday night in the Crusaders' 64-20 victory over Clearwater Central Catholic.

Brennan, a Times All-Hillsborough County first-team selection last year, needed just four points to reach the milestone. She scored a team-high 14 against the Marauders.

This season's Tampa Catholic team could include three 1,000-point scorers. Teammate Colette Eule reached the 1,000-point mark last year and junior point guard Meghan Keough, a Land O'Lakes transfer, could reach the mark within the week.
