Girls soccer: Tampa Catholic signs two

Two members of the Tampa Catholic girls soccer team signed letters of intent Tuesday, as Emily Corson and Lizzy Simmons made their college commitments official.

Corson signed with Piedmont College, a Division III school in Demorest, Ga., while Simmons signed with Maryville (Tenn.) College, which also is Division III. Both schools play in the Great South Athletic Conference.
