Thursday night, USF football coach Jim Leavitt was on the sidelines when nationally ranked foes Miami Central and Miami Northwestern met in South Florida.
Tonight, he’ll be back in Tampa.
And once again, he will be at a high school football game.
According to the Times’ Greg Auman, Leavitt will attend Hillsborough’s home game against East Bay. The Bulls are actively recruiting USF senior QB Tarean Austin, senior DB/WR Terrence Mitchell and junior WR Charles Lovett.
USF recently became the first program to offer Lovett a scholarship.
