Hernando's Ashley Sims signs with Seminole State

Hernando CF Ashley Sims signed with Seminole State earlier this week.

The Leopard earned honorable mention all-North Suncoast honors as a junior thanks to a .397 average with 8 RBIs and 24 runs scored. She also stole 33 bases.

This spring, she’s batting .357 and has already swiped seven bases.

Seminole State qualified for the National Junior College Athletic Association tournament last season.
